People in the News
Jill Shade was instrumental in planning and coordinating the Read Across America event in the Fleetwood Middle School. The event was planned for Dr. Seuss' birthday on March 2 but snow delayed the event. The story, with quotes by Jill, was in the March 17 edition of the Reading Eagle. www.readingeagle.com

Holy Cow
Heifer Project got off to a good start with a visit from a "holy cow." The children of the church school conducted a "Joyful Noise" offering. They received the offering of loose change that we gathered through the week. This year-long mission effort will support Heifer Project International .
